When the new product sequence is completed and optimized, it is necessary to run this sequence on the automatic screen printing machine for patch production. Generally, after the products are sequentially loaded into the controller of the machine, and the components have been installed according to the feeding list of the feeder, the batch production can be started stably and continuously.
& emsp; 1、 Parameters in component database
& emsp; When the full-automatic chip mounter starts programming, sometimes there is no sample of circuit board and components, so it can only be programmed through the mounting graphics and other data of circuit board. Since the local components are not standard components, the exact component data cannot be found in the standard database, and the newly-built component database may be difficult to achieve the purpose of correction through identification on the machine, such as the identifiable characteristics of components, the selection of suction nozzles of components, the setting of camera identification lights, the selection of feeders and the direction of components.
& emsp; 2、 Mounting coordinates of components
& emsp; When the full-automatic mounter is made in sequence, sometimes the original coordinate data of the circuit board cannot be obtained. The coordinates in the sequence are obtained by the sequence machine or by the sequence of other machines. When debugging the automatic mounter, sometimes the coordinate data of the circuit board is only the mounting coordinates of the components, but not the coordinates of the reference point.
& emsp; 3、 Model and direction of feeder
& emsp; When the automatic silk screen printing machine is made in sequence, there are often no components and packaged samples. When the model of feeder and the direction of components are determined, we need to rely on previous experience. The reclaiming center of some components is inconsistent with the default of the feeder, so the reclaiming position of the feeder of this component needs to be corrected and modified.
